Did It Though?
Did It Though? terms of service
Use it for what it's for, don't upload things you have no right to upload, and understand that it's early access software. You own your content. You can leave whenever you like.

1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Pixelhop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11827244, registered office 61 Church Street, St Columb Minor, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 3ES, United Kingdom), and they apply when you use Did It Though? — the website, the app, and the HTTP API. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you can bind it.
2. Early access
This is early access software. It will have bugs, it may be unavailable without notice, and features may change or disappear. We do not offer an uptime commitment or a support response time at this stage. If either of those matters to you, wait for us to offer them before relying on this.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think it has been compromised.
Agent tokens are credentials. Anything done with a valid token is treated as done by you. Store them like passwords, keep them out of source control, and revoke any you no longer need.
You are responsible for what everyone in your workspace does with it.
Do not share an invite code with anyone you would not give access to your workspace.
4. Your content
The screenshots, recordings, comments and everything else you put into the service stay yours. We take no ownership of any of it.
You grant us the licence we need to actually run the product: to store your content, process it, and display it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share a review with. That licence exists to operate the service and for nothing else. It ends when you delete the content.
We do not use your content to train machine learning models, and we do not share it with anyone who does.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Screenshots of a running application can contain real customer data — deciding whether it is appropriate to capture that is your call, and your responsibility.
6. What you may not do
Break the law with it, or use it to help someone else break the law.
Upload malware, or content you have no right to.
Upload material that is unlawful, or that harasses, defames or infringes someone else's rights.
Attack the service — probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, work around its limits, or try to disrupt it for other people. Responsible security research is welcome; email us first at hello@pixelhop.io.
Resell the service, or use it to build a directly competing product.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of this. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Stripe sells them as merchant of record: you buy from Stripe, which charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, is named as the seller at checkout, and handles payment support; Pixelhop provides the service under these terms. They renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by any of this.
8. Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately in the case of a serious breach of these terms. When an account closes we delete its content within 30 days — export anything you want to keep before then.
9. Warranties
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In plain terms: this tool helps you look at what your agent built. It does not certify that the software is correct, and a review marked verified is a record that a human looked, not a guarantee that they were right.
10. Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Our total liability to you for everything else, taken together, is capped at whichever is the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100. The floor is there because the Free plan costs nothing — without it the cap would be nothing at all, and a cap of nothing is not a fair bargain.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them; if you would rather not, close your account.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
